Idk who you guys are but I’m going to find out very soon. You had my bank release funds to you guys and I have no clue of what’s going on. I’ve been calling since MIKE J ADAMS. HAD THEM TO COLLECT THE FUNDS. You haven’t answered my calls & etc…
I have zero court papers, zero calls from you.
Trust me you will not get away with this. Reading all of these reviews you guys been doing this. Well it stops with me WATCH!

Thieves and liars! They never sent me proof of this debt and I'm trying to figure out what debt do I owe $5,000 to...NONE. Got a letter from courts stating they won and for me to pay them...wth! I'd haven't received a prior court date for this or anything. They need to be shut down ASAP!

Update Dec 23.24: I have filed Appeal to that judgement approved in Houston Texas. I never known about from Persolve. Approved Appeal in my favor by the Courts, had sent me their paperwork crap Persolve Debt picked up a 10 year old debt car repo that was closed. The vehicle was sold in a Auction. Still I will keep you'll updated.

This place is actually criminal needs to be shut down. Froze my account over a debt from 7 years ago without serving me papers, and has no sense of urgency or sympathy on solving the issue I hope you never have to deal with them if you’re reading this ?

Customer service is very poor. They are rude and will not alter your payments if you become unemployed. They will continue to overdraft your account.

Since my initial review in January 2024, I would like to give an update re: PERSOLVE, LLC: 1) Gregg Straub, President of the Company, left after 16 years of defrauding victims of unverified debt, and went to work in Miami (for another "debt collector"). 2) Luis P. Duenas III, Chief Counsel, also left PERSOLVE, crying that he "did not make enough money there." Edit Alexandryan, instigator of much bogus litigation, is Chief Counsel at PERSOLVE's sister company, WESTLAKE FINANCIAL, which has a specialty of car repos and is also a Hornets Nest. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH EITHER PERSOLVE, LLC or WESTLAKE FINANCIAL.

This review is for Victor Epps. I would like to thank him personally for the service he provided. Every time I call him, I get a new perspective on client service, he knows exactly what to answer and what not to answer. Even if I am confused and wanting clarity, he is so focused on making sure he does his job proficiently, that he directly ends our call so he can help his other valued clients, he is truly a special person. I hope this job he does continues to bring fulfillment to him know that he is truly doing work that actually matters 🙂

I would give zero stars if it were possible. Everything that has been written in previous reviews is completely true. These are awful people. After a horrible divorce with mountains of debt they are the ONLY agency that was completely unwilling to work with me in any way. They even put a bank levy on my SON'S bank account. They have tried to garnish my wages at 25% for a credit card debt that they purchased over eight years ago. I am actually going to court TODAY for the second time to get relief. I do not know how they get away with what they do.

This is a horrible business with a BBB rating of "F" Code in regards to a myriad of unresolved complaints from debtors. Their business practices are questionable at best. Victor Epps accused me of being argumentative when I asserted my right to a Verification of my Debt. That clearly violates the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (USC Code Sec. 1692, et seq.)
