An item to be much aware of with Pearce....Much of their 5 star reviews are from current management, senior & executive leadership. Many names I recognize and are currently employed making the reviews biased. You know there are issues when leaders are making reviews for the company themselves.

Employed by Pearce for 2.5 years as a Project Manager and abruptly terminated. No indication of it coming whatsoever. The client I served repeatedly told me that they really enjoyed working with me and thanked me repeatedly, so this came as a big surprise!

Furthermore, I’ve been working for over 40 years and never, ever worked under such poor leadership. May have been an isolated case with my leader, but the communication down from our teams leader was sub-par, dreadful to say the least and I wasn’t the only team member that felt this way. No one ever had a clear directive and was afraid to seek clarification.
The leader was close-minded, opinionated and wasn’t open to new ideas. Lots of broken promises from the first day of employment (monthly bonuses, opportunity to work half days on Fridays, & so on), but it was all ‘smoke in the mirror’.
To be honest, I felt like someone freed me from a prison setting and after the ‘shock’ of being terminated left me, I felt a sense of relief.
Worst boss I’ve EVER been associated with. He might be a good spreadsheet jockey, but hands down the worst people leader!
Thankfully, I’m with a new company and have the leadership that one should have. Thank you, Pearce, for doing me a favor and the others that you have abruptly terminated over the years. Unbeknownst to you, the whole team was or is looking for a new company to work for. Throwing people money doesn’t fix the problem at hand.
