Vince was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He was able to recover most of the data on our failed computer and transfer it to a new one that best fit our needs. Their products are competitively priced and carefully assembled in Prescott using only the best parts. It is easy to see why they have been in business since 2001. I strongly recommend PC Works.

Vince was able to diagnose the issue and offer alternatives. I selected buying a laptop from PC Works. Although I may have paid a few bucks more than if I would have shopped Amazon it was well worth it given the setup service and having a solution which fit my needs. Thank you.

Update 12/2023
I dumped a glass of water on my laptop and killed it. Karla at PC Works was great at calming my panic and getting me a new MacBook Pro immediately. Darren set-up the new one for me, working just like my old one (only much better). I won't go anywhere else, they are great.

This is my first review in 2021:
This review of PC Works is for the 10% of you readers that are trapped in the Apple cult like me. Lots of people understand a PC but it’s hard finding really smart Apple techs. I took my MacBook Pro to them with some serious repair issues, and it was in need of a long overdue OS update. They were great. Not everything went perfectly with the new OS download and they were able to find my missing bits and restore my computer file (and my sanity). I’ve been to an Apple Store genius bar and did not get the good service I did at PC Works.

I give them 5 stars. And I will definitely go to them again.

I am so glad PC Works was recommended to me. As a senior citizen with poor computer understanding, I was desperate when I "lost" four years of accounting records. I felt so vulnerable but Vince treated me with such kindness, compassion and warmth. He and Jonah solved my problem promptly and went way beyond what anyone could ever expect in their cleanup of my messes, and in record time. I can recommend this company without hesitation.

PC Works is fantastic. I have been using them for over 5 years. They are excellent at explaining what your job will entail and an estimated cost. I just upgraded 2 desktop computers from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and everything was perfect. PC Works is definitely my "go to" computer company.

Awesome company! I panicked when we were providing music for a special needs Halloween event for 250 kids and adults on our daughter's farm. A gust of wind blew over my water bottle and the water poured into my laptop computer. I was walking around at the time and wondered why the music had stopped playing. Our daughter connected her phone to the Bluetooth speakers so we were still able to teach and dance the 7th annual line dance to 'Monster Mash' with a large group of kids and adults. They had so much fun that day I don't think they noticed there was no more Halloween music playing. That night it hit me that I had not backed up my computer for quite awhile. PC WORKS was recommended to us. They weren't sure if they could recover my data, but in less than 2 days we got a call that our data had been recovered and was ready for pickup. The entire office was very friendly, efficient, and the cost was reasonable. We sincerely recommend PC WORKS!

We brought our computer in to PCWorks after it crashed last summer and Vince was able to transfer all our data to a new computer. He patiently answered all our questions in a way we could understand and it was such a relief to have a good outcome to what we felt was a disaster! We highly recommend Vince to help you with any computer issues.
