I called yesterday to pay my bill to make sure there was not an interruption in service . Our card was compromised and shut off which is why you don’t have it to pull the amount like normal . So I took step to insure I would have service and the bill would be paid . However the totally unprofessional woman I talked to on the phone wouldn’t just take a payment . She insisted that I fill out her ridiculous form and send it back to her . So that is exactly what I did . Then she wasted the afternoon going back and forth with us about how it was to small and she could read it . ( NOT MY PROBLEM , LEARN HOW TO USE YOUR OWN COMOUTER ) . Either way my wife and I still resent it twice in an effort to get it taken care of . Which she did not , so my service e was shut off this evening when I got home. I will say this PCtelcom . If you want myself and others to remain customers and stay with you through these hard economic times . BE BETTER , customer service is easy and free . So maybe someone should talk with the lady in billing . I want my service turned back on ( for now anyway )on a side note . This happened at my residence . However I am a business owner and also use PCtelcom there. So if we decide to leave you would lose more than one account .

I have never had a home phone device and it has been quite a while since I have had good internet service. Jesus and Robert were so nice and informative during the entire thing. They installed everything, checked everything and made sure it was running well before leaving. Brenda in the office has been seriously so patient with me while trying to get everything set up. Was in this catch 22 where she needed information to upload however couldn't upload without their service. Ha! Was so nice. They were patient and just so kind. I sincerely appreciate their time and patience.

We recently moved to the area and PC Telcom was able to send a rep out first thing the next morning to get us set up! Our rep, Marlin was amazing, taking the time to make sure our signal was strong and that all devices were hooked up and working properly...then was so patient as he showed us how to download and operate the app for our wifi! The experience was like having an old friend come out to visit! We would give PC Telcom 10 stars if we could!

Vince cropp is very un professional. Tried to get things settled and ended up verbally mocking Me. Not cool . Completely pushed me away from their internet. No thanks I'm not gonna be treated like that and expect to pay for. When you read this --> grow up man you're a manager. If you can't take it then leave.

We were so impressed with PC Telcom and their customer service! When calling to enquire about services, PC Telcom was so helpful in explaining and helping to figure out the best plan for our needs. When installing internet, the service technician was so great and knowledgeable. Fantastic customer services and employees! We are so glad we chose to go with PC Telcom!

Internet Service is below average. If you're 3 days late on your bill they shut your service off.. seems a bit gangster instead of professional.

No, the only thing "showcased" to me was misinformation, and rudeness. With this whole fiber install going on, I spoke with one of your reps who told me my speed would go up and my bill would go down. Turns out that's not the case, which I'm not really surprised. My bill is going up.. :-/

Tried to get technical support over the phone to get my wifi connected and was given incorrect information. Then I was charged $50 to have a tech support guy come to my house and correct what could have been explained correctly over the phone. If PC Telcom didn’t have a monopoly on service out here I would definitely cancel my service.
