I will say there are those women that work under the other's in control that are fair and just. And then there's others believe what you want. Nothing ever stays the same. I am not convinced that the rating of Greene county housing is 5 star's but then again I'm only 1 person. God bless all those who try and get judged by there appearance and disability.

If there was an option for zero stars, I would put it. I lived at PHA in 2014-2016. It was awful and I felt unsafe. The workers were rude and put every blame on me. My apt was bedbug infested when I moved in. I tried for two years to get rid of them even if that meant burning my things and starting over. People has tried breaking in my apt, mailbox and I did have my car broken into a few times. When I told them that I was moving, they gave me 30 days to move out. One day when I came back before the 30 days, they had already changed my locks. The ladies at the office said they wasn't gonna do anything and I couldn't get the rest of my things. Now in 2023 they stole nearly 200 dollars from my taxes for "damages". Awful people. They said I brought bugs in when they know I didn't. What they didn't know is my family runs the place that sprays for bugs and told me they've sprayed that apt down before because of bedbugs, plus other apts. I hope they have better people working there and get the bugs out. Nobody deserves to live like that.

The place was awesome you can get 2 or 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a big kitchen.the people wasn't, it was a lot of shooting and arguing.i recommend not live their but most of the time when the kids where at school it was really quiet.

Friendly helpful staff. I have always felt safe in Paragould public housing. Especially in the minirise. Highly recommend it.
