We had a Wonderful experience! We haven't been to a Panda Express in quite a while! We decided to stop by at this location! My Family had never had been to this one! We are delighted we stopped by! Upon entering we were warmly greeted by Cecilia who promptly and gladly took our order! Good portions were given and the food was fresh and hot! We decided to eat indoors, and Cecilia stopped by our table with a tray of condiments and napkins! She stopped by every table with a friendly smile! 5 stars for her and the crew, working that day! 5 Stars for them! She Positively represented Panda Express with Excellent Customer Service! And has kept us as returning customers! We will be back to this location! Great customer service is hard to come by these days! Great customer service Cecilia, your kindness and service was well noticed and the crew!

Had my order ready before I even got there. Parking was fine, but getting in and out of that area at lunch is a hot mess. Get the app for the rewards. It definitely pays off.

Stop by to grab a bite, love Panda Express, I eat at Panda in my hometown,(Reno) nevada. My load isn't ready, so I thought I would treat myself and see if it's the delicious food as home. Yes indeed it's the same great taste as in my hometown.

I used to really enjoy this location but I feel like now the prices have gone up and the serving sizes have got smaller. I've ordered a bowl the last few times I've eaten there and every time they fill the bowl all the way to the top with whatever side I get the smallest scoop of the entree, it's laughable the amount they give you. I always assumed the entree should be more than the side but maybe I'm wrong. I just feel if I'm going to pay more I should get a decent serving size of my entree. I think it's time I stop eating at Panda Express. Its not worth it to pay more and get less.

I’ve tried their spicy shrimp 🦐 that they just added to their menu and I like it. Although, it can become dry if it’s in the tray for a long time.

This location gets packed but what I like is that they take digital gift cards and the staff knows how to process payment. We've been to many locations that supposedly accept gift cards but staff were not properly trained to process digital gift cards. So to me, that's a big plus

I know that this location is fairly new, but the quality of service & food has been going down. I'm on a high protein & low carb diet. I usually order Half Brown Rice & Half Super Greens, Double Chicken Terriyaki. One day I walked in to order. I noticed that they needed to refill the Super Greens since there were only 3 pieces of broccoli & hardly any greens left. The woman gave me a mountain of rice, & hardly any Super Greens. I have also noticed that the portion sizes of Chicken are smaller depending on who the server is or sometimes location. I understand you are busy & it can be a nuisance to have to cook & refill the Super Greens & the Chicken Terriyaki, but don't take it out of customer by lowering the quality. I've seen how if there is little Chicken they will split the portions between you and another customer because they haven't restocked the Chicken Terriyaki & try to make it look like it is double chicken. I've seen this happen at two locations. Panda Express is now hit and miss. I prefer now better portions of food at other local restaurant locations now in Oxnard.

This place is SUPER CLEAN & the food is ALWAYS FRESH!!!
Always a pleasant experience at this location !!!
I had to ask for the workers names....big thank you to Cecilia and Marcelino!! They made all the difference this night!!
