Super helpful and efficient. I have visited this place twice and both times I was taken care of so quickly. The second time, I arrived 15 minutes earlier than my scheduled appt, and was taken care of right away. Great place!

I'm rating 3 stars because the person who helped me out made me feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I bought a product from a scammy online store and was thus returning the product back to the vendor. I was telling this to the guy behind the counter and I felt like I was being judged by my actions. He didn't say anything in particular but that's the vibe I got, and again, I felt uncomfortable.

The service itself was quick and there was no issue, but because of how uncomfortable I felt interacting with this guy, I doubt I'm coming back. Which is too bad because this place is pretty close to my home. It was my first time coming here, and due to my experience, my mom is also choosing not to try this place out.

Riz is asking $2 to print a piece of paper with a shipping label on it. Seems a little steep to me. I know when I drop items off at any postal place they get a kickback of roughly one dollar per item. Maybe more or less… I had 17 items to ship through FedEx/ups/and usps

As an active duty service member I actually pride myself on the manner that I carry myself. I honestly meant in to mail of packages to my family. I attempted to purchase a flat rate box for about thirty dollars and a roll of tape for about four dollars. My total was fifty three and change when I asked why I was told that and declined the service the attendant told my wife and I that he should have never let "us in" and became irate yelled for us to leave and don't ever come back. Hopefully he has a better day in the near future.
