Sam came to set up our computer at our new house. We got an appointment quickly, he set us up with no problems and everything is working well. He even found someone to help us with another issue we were having with other equipment. Sam is very personable and pleasant.

I contacted Sam, the owner of PS Tech, to set up my new laptop. He got back to me right away. We set up a time for him to pick up the laptop and he stated he'd have it all ready the next day. He provided me with a detailed list of items I needed to provide him so he could set my laptop up specifically for my needs. Sam was great! My laptop could not be more perfect! Sam Moore ( palmspringstech) refers to himself as"Chief Defrustrator". It is a very appropriate title!
I recently bought a new computer. Most of my content transferred over seamlessly, with the notable exception of Microsoft 365- now rebranded as Microsoft Office. In its wisdom, Microsoft replaced its Windows Word app with a piece of junk called WordPad. It lacks some of the major attributes of Word, such as the ability to choose where to save documents. Moreover, all previously saved Word documents are no longer formatted properly.
I found Sam's website by Googling "software issue repairs near me".
In 45 minutes, Sam restored my much-loved Word app. He also helped me transfer my most frequently used app icons to my taskbar and removed several unused programs from my computer.
Sam explains everything clearly and is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him.
