I am a professional musician. The pedal assembly on my 15-year-old digital piano suddenly broke. I visited Palm Desert Piano and met with Mark Miller. He was extremely cordial and knowledgeable, showed me several pianos he had in stock, and helped me make a decision on a new piano. Two days later Mark and Matt delivered my new piano and set it up.
