Very poor management they send out notices for every little false accusation made on behalf of other tenants without investigating further. They refuse to treat their residents as people given that they provide housing for undocumented people who seem to have 2-3 families in a 2 bedroom apt. and when making repairs they give no notice of water shut off or hazardous repairs being made near your unit. When I called to report that the repairs they were making pose a threat to my small children when leaving my unit the receptionist PATTY was beyond rude making snobby unprofessional remarks, they don’t value or practice tenant rights. She said I was only calling to be heard I would think so if I’m calling to complain of loud construction being done right outside my door at 7am on a weekend and overhead with debris falling everywhere I had to cancel appointments because it was just too dangerous to take my children out or for myself that’s pregnant to step into overhead construction right outside my door. She laughed it off and did not take anything into consideration. I had my water shut off numerous times with no notice what so ever. Mold is everywhere in the unit I occupied all they sent managers to do is pain over it every 2months. The worse property management I have ever seen. complete slumlords. should not have properties in our city this is the reason our beautiful city is deaerating because of property management like this that allow people to live and work in/on their property. We Occupied a unit at their 340 Maple Ave Montebello ca location rent at your own risk. GOOD LUCK!!!!
