Great experience purchasing an engagement ring with Ozel’s. Abraham and Greg are amazing when it comes to customer service and took my ideas and turned them into reality. Not only did the ring come out perfect but their prices and service after the ring was made really solidified me as a customer for life!

My husband wanted me to have a new set of weddings rings. We would drive by Ozel Jewelers all the time. We decided that we would go in and look at the jewelry. Mr. Abraham and Mr. Steve were very nice to us. Mr. Abraham asked us if he could get us some refreshments while serving us. My husband and I looked at several rings. We saw one that I liked but it wasn't gold. Mr. Abraham said he could make the same ring for me in gold. We went to if office and he design the ring and picked the diamonds for it. Is design look exactly like the ring in if case. Mr. Abraham is really knowledgeable about is profession. He educated us about the diamonds and gold. I truly enjoy talking with him. He made the ring and I'm wearing it and let me tell you it is absolutely gorgeous. I would refer anyone that's looking for jewelry to him. Thank you Mr. Abraham for a gorgeous ring. You told me it was going to be beautiful and you were right.

I had my heirloom diamond ring from Norway repaired - the prongs were all worn down and needed to be rebuilt and new diamond set. The ring is back to its gorgeous shape and a really good quality diamond set. Wonderful job!! Both Abraham and Steve are amazing people with great attitudes and a customer service of high standards. Ozel’s has made several custom rings for our family. They have all came out beautiful. I recently asked Mr. Abraham if he could remake my wedding band and integrate a diamond that was passed down from my grandfather. To say it is beautiful, would be an understatement. The ring means a great deal to me. Mr. Abraham catered to all of my design requests. I was even provided several digital models to approve the final production. The staff here is incredibly friendly, open, and honest. I’ve been to many other jewelry stores looking for an engagement ring in LA and OC and this was the one place that I did not feel pressured. I love that they took their time to educate me on diamonds and showed me examples of what to look for.

I got my husband’s tungsten wedding band engraved here. There are limited jewelers who engrave tungsten so I was pleasantly surprised that my local jeweler provided this service. The engraving came out clean and they were also very quick with the turn around. I’m very satisfied with the outcome.

My fiancé and I had just begun our search for my engagement ring and luckily we came to Ozel and met Abraham. I had in mind what I wanted but they didn’t have it in stock so Abraham drew us a design. It’s a bit scary to make such an important decision based on a drawing but we went forward with it. A couple weeks later it was ready and I love it! It’s more than I expected.
