This company is not how they claimed when I got hired ! I have been treated unfair from my boss Jamie S, at Brighton Co test facility. When I reported this issues to HR . I was the only one laid off from work in the shift.work position reopened after one week.I believe this happened due to the accent I have . If you have accent you will work more than anyone else but you don't get promoted. They retaliated me, their policy did not protect my employee civil rights.
