These guys are absolute crooks! One of my clients has a T1 Integrated Access line and I repeatedly told their Sales rep (Rachel Ramirez) that we do not want to do a contract renewal as T1's are legacy and we wanted to go hosted VOIP as our technology strategy. After I repeatedly told them no, they went around me and contacted a higher up who renewed the contract for 3 years because they offered 1 month of free service. Needless to say I am beyond disappointed that they wouldn't take no for an answer. Their technology is dated, their VMware hosted solution is nothing compared to the offerings of Azure and AWS therefore they are past their prime. They are all about the $$$ because they are losing customers left and right so for the love of god don't use these guys and actually go with a modern solution.

I've used Newcloud for years with different customers. They provide great service with better uptime than other data center vendors. When you call you get a real person from denver, sometimes even an actual tech who can fix the issue for you.
