I’m honored to be here with open arms on my beautiful journey. As a 1st time surrogate mom, I’m particularly impressed with open arms efforts to always putting their clients first . Ms. Christine has been ensuring all relevant parties were informed and on the same page within a great time frame. I also want to acknowledge the clear and concisely communication between the coordinating. Ms. Christine is definitely supportive and she is always on top of ensuring timely responses. Open Arms was courteous, responsive, and professional; with one major exception. Their initial estimated wait time on a surrogate match turned out to be totally and completely inaccurate. If I had known how long their real wait time was going to be, I would have never signed up with them.When it became apparent that they were not going to be able to provide me with a surrogate, within what I would consider to be a reasonable amount of time, I decided to leave them and sign up with another agency. In doing so, I knowingly walked away from a really large sum of (non refundable)money in the form of their initial agency installment payment. They consider it to be money earned, but in my opinion they did absolutely nothing to earn it. Sure, they would have eventually gotten the job done if I had stayed with them, but time is a bit of a precious commodity to me right now ,and I waited long enough.Agency number 2 found a match for me immediately and we are currently looking forward to embryo transfer in the upcoming weeks.As for Open Arms, I wish them all the best, but I honestly would not recommend them at this time.

I highly recommend Open Arms to intended parents. The idea of having a child is certainly one of the most important decisions anyone can ever make. Therefore, although one is entering into a transaction with a surrogacy agency, it is much more than that. Open Arms, and Elizabeth and Jenna in particular, provided guidance, comfort, warmth and inspiration throughout this unique journey.
