One Hour Photo Studio is a highly recommend studio to go to. Excellent services. Ray the photographer gave us a wonderful and professional experience but made it fun as well. Again I highly recommend this place for family, friends, birthday, anniversary, graduation, just cause or last minute photos. Prices per packages are worth it. They will say the price of processing photos is one thing then suddenly call and say a completely different, much more expensive, price. This is after we already paid a non refundable fee for the originally quoted price so it’s not like we could change our minds about doing it. Very scammy in my opinion.

Very bad experience, will not recommend.
1. Our appointment was at 10am but the stuff running late. Not a big concern, if the pictures came out good and had a nice photo shoot. The photographer, she had no clue how many of us will take pictures after we paid(the price matters how many ppl will be in the pictures)2. I think it’s not a baby friendly atmosphere. My son had pimples/rushes on his both cheek after around 10mins get into the photo area, and the pimples exist the entire time there, then disappeared after we got home for a while. We were told to place our one year baby on a baby rocker chair on top of a box, the height is not safe for his age at all. The covers on the box were not clean enough for babies to sit on or lay on. 3.The photographer can’t catch the moment that the baby is happy since everyone knows that babies will only have very short of patience when taking pictures. Also per the photographer they will charge extra if any photoshop of the ppl on pictures needs to be paid separately when there was a picture look good on my son by my husband’s eyes were closed.(the photographer is able to see what pictures you are viewing from her end) 4.The photos were taken in Super bad angles and the photographer did not concerned about what we liked and kept telling she knows what she is doing. Then the pictures came out face was much bigger than body, the legs looks short, short. Even if we asked her to adjust the angle, she told us do not worry about the angle. So if you are not tall enough, your pictures will be taken on top of your head.5. The photographer doesn’t care what you want. I wanted full body pictures and reinstated it after we started the photo shoot but end up we don’t have any full body pictures due to the pictures we’re not properly taken and it will looks weird if they were not cropped out. We spent around $220 for 4 poses and it took a very long period to pick the 4 poses because we really couldn’t find some that we loves. It came out None pictures meet our expectations. The lights on the photoshop is good and the gentleman was patient on explaining the price and printing but the pictures were taken in such a low quality. I chose this place by reviewing the reviews, idk if ,the photographer , she is the same photographer as the one on previous reviews.

My maternity pictures came out amazing! Ray was great to work with. I had a good experience here, I also took my graduation pictures here a few years ago and purchased their announcements. I definitely recommend. Prices are kind of high and there is an extra fee for everything but overall I still recommend.

My family are returning customers because this place delivers on quality and speed. Hard to find places like this anymore so it's nice to find one thats reliable and quick. Will definitely be returning in the future.

I read the mixed reviews about this place, and I thought twice about going, but I was desperate for a quick professional photo. Paula was able to accommodate us that day and our finished photos were in my email account just a couple of hours later. They are really good pictures and were definitely worth the price. The reason I give them 5 stars is because she bent over backward to please us. She retook a couple of shots I didn't care for and she spent a good amount of time editing them. If you want amazing, magazine quality, look elsewhere. But if you need good pictures at a good price, this place will hit the mark!

I was frustrated with other photographers in the area because most of them were impossible to contact because their message machine was full and you couldn't leave a message! We finally contacted "One Hour Photo Studio" and Ray met with us; scheduled a time that was convenient for our group; then spent several hours with us. We were VERY PLEASED with the results.
