Prompt, professional, polite, and great price. I had a furnace go out of my condo and Ken from One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning in Midland Park was super timely getting over there. He was kind and honest in his review of the status of the equipment and was extremely prompt in delivering not only a quote but providing services as soon as possible. Other companies gave me vague windows of time they could come, can promise he'd be there on Monday, and completed the repair, registered the paperwork, and all the equipment. I had a good experience with their last technician David who came to my house today that assisted me tremendously. I originally had another technician of theirs come to my house who told me it would be too much trouble and not worth the money or effort to install a c wire in my nest. I was able to speak to the owner and decided to give them another try. David took his time, saw the problem/issue the last technician did and tested everything he did at least 5xs to make sure it was working correctly. I would recommend this company as I am very satisfied with the work they did.

Been a fan of these guys for a while, I had an emergency issue and they fixed right away. So professional and fixed quick on a holiday weekend.

Recently I added central air to my house. They came out to quote it and got me a fair price right away. They followed up in a reasonable amount of time and others who were bidding the job didn’t even get back to me or canceled last minute.

I had also just painted my house and while their guys were doing the work I noticed they got some dirt on the walls. I figured it was no big deal, I’d get a ladder and clean it when they left. I went the next day and they cleaned up both spots. Really nice and respectful of them.
