The service and staff at this office supply store are generally excellent, and it's a valuable resource for our community. However, there are times when the print shop gets quite busy and backed up. It would be incredibly beneficial if more employees were cross-trained to assist in the print shop during these peak times. This would help keep everything running smoothly and ensure customers continue to receive the high level of service they expect. Overall, it's a great store, but a little extra help in the print shop would make it even better.

Update
The manager emailed me & said it's policy to have even 1 person register even if there's no line, & there's an online discount for print orders. Since I waited on the online order for 4 days for an order that took 15 minutes to do in person, it was worth the upcharge. I improved the rating because he did respond right away, and at least now I know why there were two prices for the exact same order.

Customer service has went down, prices have went up. I ordered online b/c I was told that OfficeMax does not adjust documents onsite, you have to have it print ready. I paid $3.58 online. When I arrived at the store that the order was to be picked up at 4 days later, I was told that the order had not even come through. I had to resubmit the order and pay again for the order. This time, I had to pay $4.00, the upcharge was not explained to me. It's a good thing I had my USB with me or I would have left with nothing.
I was the only one there and I still had to register at the computer , it was so ridiculous.

They didn't have what I was looking for in stock but the worker was able to help me order it on their website. Which was fine because I didn't need right away. It came in 2 days and I'm satisfied. I recommend coming here!

I’ve been in several times recently and each time I was helped by patient, knowledgeable workers. The man at the front desk was wonderful. The lady that was working the counter to get copies and send faxes, etc. was very hands on. She was also a multitasker and got things done. I watched her with a very impatient, angry customer, and she was perfectly gracious. I told him he was rude, and he was being waited on by a very good customer service woman.

Helpful but keep your eye out for mistakes and allow plenty of time … some employees are efficient and excellent… others are unaware of what is possible at their print center and have to redo your order

Absolutely amazing experience at the print center in Tempe (off Broadway) the afternoon of Tuesday 12/20/2022. The service provided by the young lady at the center was beyond anything I could have asked for, or expected.

Pleasant, courteous, professional, asked questions for clarity to ensure my order was as I expected. She went above and beyond!

‘Thank you’ isn’t enough. I am deeply appreciative!
