Debbie, the friendly lady in the Ocean First office was super helpful to me in a fraudulent attempt I was involved in. She worked hard with my home branch to help get things sorted out so I could be able to use my Ocean First app and debit card. Thank you Debbie for your hard work and excellent customer service care. Drive thru is never open because of insufficient staff. Had to wait more than 2 hours just to roll over a CD. One of the few personnel who can handle the CD's was in no hurry to wait on the numerous customers waiting outside her office as she engaged in personal conversations with the customers she was waiting on, engaged in lengthy conversations with the other employees at the counter, and after she was done with those customers, she simply left for lunch without saying a word to the customers who had been waiting an exuberant amount of time outside her office. Another employee had to wait on the remaining customers.

Just left after waiting over an hr to speak w someone about opening an account. I did open the accnt but only bc I alrdy have other accounts there. If I did not, I wld have left. Looked like only one person here able to help u open an acct n I wasn’t the only one wtg in frustration as we heard the OF rep chat w her current customer about anything other than banking. Let me be clear, she was w the same customer since I entered the building. Finally after wtg over an hr another OF rep appeared fr behind the counter to assist. But really, it shouldn’t take that long. Customers are the reason businesses exist. Total time in the building, 95 mins. I need to find another bank!
