Ocean Property Management is worse than horrible. The owners of the rehabbed APTS into condos is not interested in their tenants or the building, Erin Shores. This place is a free for all. I phoned the association to inform them that the path, as well as the stairs, to the second floor are being blocked by at least half the owners/renters on the first floor of a two story building. These owners, as all who own a condo, agree to respect the rules/regs, but not here. Apparently they do no realize that high fences make great neighbors. When I phoned OMP regarding the maze I have to weave before I can even access the stairs, an obvious fire hazard, I was told to, and I quote, "just deal with it." I simply would like access to the stairs closest to my condo w/o excusing myself. Mrs Dougherty, of Ocean. property mngmnt basically told me the owners can do as they please. I can only hope that one day, if there should be a fire, the tenants on the first floor blocking all access to the stairs of those owners/renters on the second floor are able to flee to safety, UNHARMED.

Keeping paths, stairways and communal areas free of conjestion, for ALL of our safety, is a standard under said shared property, but not here. Instead, Ocean property management have my name to the tenants, tho they claim they haven't. I tried to go about this matter respectfully and discreetly, but they've chosen otherwise. Angst & finger pointing should not be deliberately created amongst tenants. The rules and regs of communal properties are simple, respect for one another. No one owns more than the other and no one, outside of the association, should enforce them. There is a bully on the property and that doesn't include the local bully management company.
