Great place to find unique buys. Friendly staff, clean environment, organized, and great prices. They always post on their FB page and I love keeping up with their new stock that way. Easy parking access just off of the street with a dedicated parking lot.

Although it might seem crazy to drive an hour north of Birmingham to purchase office furniture. Once you realize how much money Observer Supply will save you. You will not feel crazy anymore. The staff is great. Knowledgeable and helpful is what I appreciate most. Oh, and honest, now that's different!

Employees are very nice. Work ethic is another story. Apparently, they provide document storage also. Requested several times, cannot locate documents and do not follow up.

This store amazes me, such a wonderful array of items at lowest of prices. Service is superb. Plus all my UPS pkgs are sent from here. They are very knowageable and quickly help you in any way possible, never rushing you. Entire staff ...... GREAT

I came into this UPS very upset at charter because they had sent me to two other stores that weren't even open. I was trying to send back a DVR and there were no Charter stores in the area. Charter told me I could just take it to UPS on 3rd Street S in Gadsden and give them a code and they would send it back for me. This is not the case with all UPS places. Melissa, that works at the store was very helpful. She explained not only to me but the man on the phone from Charter how it works with sending back something like this. She also explained to the man on the phone from Charter, that Charter had me riding around Gadsden and the surrounding areas for a long time hunting places that don't exist. Melissa was able to talk with the supervisor at Charter and resolve the situation. I want to say thank you to her, and let her know that I appreciated her help.
