Obscenely oppressive restrictive covenant (non-compete) for H1B employees. Do not work for this contractor.

I do not know any other IT contractor who has such an unfair (and likely unenforceable) contract. I can almost guarantee they wouldn’t try to pull this on a citizen.

Outright Liars and Cheaters. They break so many legal rules on H1B candidates. This will be brought up to the authorities so they lose their LLC license. I wanted to change my H1B employer under a Project with the end client and he'd ask me to pay him for all these. Worst place to work ever. Get ready to be underpaid and undervalued if you wanna work here. He'll deprive you of your own money...

Edit: Be aware of the fake reviewers. They are all either family or business affiliates. A company in the market for more than 15 years had no reviews until I exposed them and now they are asking their family and associates to put 5star reviews. No reviews until I post the truth and then you'll see a lot of them trying to defend the company right after I posted the truth..
