I bought a Hallmark Card Studio software disc off of this company. I sent it back as I changed my mind
I paid $43.99
The company had received my package on Tuesday, February 12, 2019.
I called the company about my refund on February 13, 2019 and was told that my refund is being processed and should be back in my original payment method within 2-3 business days.
Called again today and got the same person I talked to on February 13th and she got smart with me. I want this company to be reprimanded for bad customer service and for taking so long to refund their customer's money back.

Purchased a bad product from this company and cannot contact them. Their phone number sends you to the website. The website's live chat was down and I tried it during business hours.The website refund request asks for a UPC code, which we did not get. The software we ordered came without the packaging so no UPC code. So DISHONEST! It is not bad customer service. There is NO customer service.

Stop the SPAM!!!!!! How do you stay in business with SO many BBB complaints? You won’t listen to the requests to unsubscribe from your emails, so there is no way you could care for your customers. Businesses like yours will never win in the long run. Hello unemployment line.
