Where's the 10 star button?! I loved my experience with Theo from NAIT. Very thorough, knowledgeable, and had the chillest attitude. He was really conscious of the fact that my computer is my livelihood and was very reassuring through the whole process. He totally went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Didn't try to get me to spend more money than I had to. Even made sure I knew about his warranty policy in case there was some kind is mishap. I'm new to Prescott and am still figuring the area out, but I definitely found my new computer guy!

My network went down suddenly at my Hair Salon. Me and my stylists were booked solid. After spending 45 minutes I didn't have talking to the cable guys I was desperate. No internet, no check out ability, no music, no vibe... I was in trouble. A client in my chair told me to call NAIT. I got right to Theo who runs the deal. He was in PV but told me he would head my way as soon as he could. 30 minutes later he was here. 30 minutes after that, not only was my network back up but my Sonos sound system that I'd never got to fully function properly was firing on all 4 speakers. AMAZING!! Fast, friendly, reasonably priced. I wish the whole world worked as smooth as my experience with Northern Arizona IT. I now have my personal tech guys. Way to go Theo!
