My experience with North Alabama Technical Services more than met my expectations. I was in need of a new computer and monitor. Jim Ferrell, President, worked with me to not only obtain a new computer and monitor, but to set it up and make sure I knew how to operate. He answered all my questions. Jim went over and above what was expected to be sure I was comfortable and to know that he would be there for any questions I might later have. If I were to rate Jim on a scale of one to ten, I would give him an eleven! I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing computer services.

If I could give Jim 10 stars I would. This is the first time I have had computer issues since I moved here. Trepidation filled me as I knew I was going to have to find someone trustworthy. I prayed and then got to work narrowing down people that sounded reliable. Jim was the first person I contacted and I am pleased to say he is a gem. I telework and so need my computer during that time. He worked around my schedule for 4 days. He texted each day to be sure I was online and it did get fixed. He discussed with me why certain programs I was using were not needed or good and recommended others with no pushiness. Call him if you need reliable help.

Jim did a great job with my laptop. I took it to him during the morning hour and got it back late afternoon. I "HIGHLY" recommend to anyone that has a problem with their computer to call Jim. We had a great experience with North Alabama Technical Services. I live out of state and with the Covid-19 lockdown, I needed help getting a new computer setup for my mother in Huntsville. Fortunately, I contacted Jim before buying the computer, because he recommended buying a refurbished computer which saved us enough money to more than cover buying a new printer. He helped source both the computer and printer. He made an appointment with my mother and got her all setup. She said that Jim was very patient in answering all of her questions. Mom is happy (and so am I)!

My business had an emergency shutdown, with our computers, and I called Jim...he was on our problem immediately. Very responsive and professional so he took care of our issue that took several hours and got us back up and going. Told him to email an invoice, since we never discussed his rates, and got the invoice what an excellent value on top of everything! I definitely recommend Jim for any of your computer needs

We experienced a hacking/fraud situation. Jim responded the same day with a home visit and took appropriate measures to resolve. His high quality service was fast, professional and responsive to our need. He put me at ease in a very stressful situation and answered every question I had. I was very pleased with his service and found his charges most reasonable.

Also had Jim update our Wi-Fi service and repair two older laptops that needed hard drive replacements. Again, his response was fast, very professional and his charges were consistently most reasonable. He came to our home and ensured Wi-Fi was installed correctly, worked as required and two laptops worked.

I would highly recommend him to anyone needing computer technical services. We are an older couple, not very computer literate and needed the type service Jim provided. Five Stars for sure!!
