My water department used this company for online payments. When I paid my bill this month, I was somehow overcharged on the $2.95 service fee. After contacting my bank and the water company, we determined the mistake was on their end. I was given a number to call. The first CSR I spoke to was named Candace and was very rude from the beginning. She stated that she didn't know why my statement was showing I was charged more because I was only charged $2.95. I said no, I was charged $54.00 to both the water department and to y'all. She said no again and I said well the money isn't there and the charge says to y'all so, yeah, I was. She then put me on hold. After about 5 minutes it transferred me to her voicemail,where I left her a message with my number to call me back at. After 30 minutes I hadn't received a call back so I called again. After the prompts it went back to hold and was cut off. So I called again. This time the girl didn't give her name but seemed much nicer. I told her what had happened and she put me on hold again. Then a man, I'm assuming the manager, got on and was EXTREMELY rude. Yes, I got rude right back, because at this point it's ridiculous. He basically called me a liar and said that if I expected to get anything back I had better file a dispute with my bank and told me to send the proof to them via email and they would "look into it". I will never use their services again. I would rather drive the 30 minutes to pay my bill in person than deal with such nonsense. That manager needs to be fired.

Was working well till I had to update my card. Even after having a representative guarantee me the card information was updated, it still tried to charge my old card then just removed me from auto pay with no notification. This service is an absolute joke, they must have highschoolers programming for them. Only use if you like having late fees and past due bills.

Horrible business! Paid my utility bill for Arab Electric through Nexbillpay on August 12th, they did not process my payment and pull the money from my account until August 26th. Resulting in my account being put in the negative and charged $41 overdraft fee. I will NEVER use Nexbillpay, again!
