We needed help with quite a few items in NetSuite. We found NewGen through a google search and gave them a call. That was a year ago. Since that time they have completed at least 5 different projects from simple reports to complex EDI scripting. All completed on time and with an incredible team. They know NetSuite well and they do not have to waste time researching and learning the product. Everyone I have worked with has been responsive and extremely pleasant to deal with. NewGen is a company that you do not mind picking up the phone to call - no long holds, no runarounds, no transfers, just old fashioned HELP getting it done.
