Really great experience. Dr. Peters is obviously an expert in his field. He was able to diagnose my issue within a few minutes, but the most important thing is that he saw effects that may be permanent immediately also. With that information I'm able to rush for a treatment option, rather than taking my time, which I would have done. The front office folks are very good at their jobs, but also very nice and easy to work with too. If you are looking, this is the place IMO.

The nurse is fantastic! Really helpful doctor and does a lot of things just through the online portal itself which is super convenient. Often I will send her paperwork I need and it's back to me within a few days and no appointment, which is fantastic.
The doctor is not so great and it's super hard to make appointments with him and then you wait a few hours for him to show up. But the nurse is so good and does pretty much everything the doctor does so he really doesn't matter.
Also the phone is incredibly bad. Like you call 50 times over multiple days just trying to talk to a person to make an appointment and you can't. It takes 2 minutes and it's super simple but you can't get to a person and they never call you back. Then when you finally get to someone after many hours and days of trying, they make some snarky excuse like they're busy.

One of the worst doctor's offices I've ever been to. I had some nerve damage in my fingers and the doctor gave me a prescription for physical therapy. Physical therapists will not treat your hands and you have to get a prescription for occupational therapy which the doctor did not know. Eventually after calling the office for 3 weeks, I was able to get them to change my prescription to occupational therapy only after showing up to the office and sitting in the waiting room waiting for them to fill out a new prescription. Then for my follow-up appointment, I canceled on their online portal a week before the appointment but their online portal doesn't even work so my cancellation never went through and they charged me $150 missed appointment fee because I didn't show up to the appointment which I had canceled online.

If you’re looking for a neurologist who actually listens, engages with complex and unconventional cases, and understands that medicine is an evolving field, Dr. Peters is not for you. His approach to patient care is outdated, dismissive, and emblematic of everything wrong with our current medical system.

After ten years of searching for answers, I developed a well-reasoned theory about my unique condition—one that I successfully used to treat myself. Rather than approach my experience with curiosity or an open mind, Dr. Peters immediately dismissed it as “niche” and unscientific. He had no interest in thinking outside the rigid framework of his decades-old medical training, no willingness to acknowledge that patients might have valuable insights into their own conditions. He is obviously out of date with the latest medical research into how interconnected the body's systems are. Clearly he's never experienced any of it himself. His attitude—condescending and completely incurious—is exactly why so many people with chronic conditions fall through the cracks. I left his office in tears.

Doctors like him, stuck in outdated models of care, are a major reason why the healthcare system fails so many patients. They gatekeep knowledge instead of evolving with it, reject lived experiences that don’t fit neatly into their textbooks, and make patients feel like burdens rather than people. We are humans who have suffered profoundly. We are not a statistic. We do not fit into boxes. We are not our condition. Stop rejecting us if we don't fit neatly into your ancient textbook. A younger doctor—someone trained in modern patient-centered care—would likely have shown more empathy, curiosity, and willingness to collaborate. If you’re tired of being dismissed, ignored, and passed around by doctors who don’t care to understand you, look elsewhere. I, like so many others, have experienced this too many times, and I am devastated to experience it yet again from someone who had such great recommendations.

The whole process of my consultation has been very efficient and outstanding starting from checking in, pre-consultation preparation, and most importantly the actual session with Dr Jon Peters, to checking out. The Office Staff is very courteous, efficient and professional. Dr Peters listens attentively to my issues, and prescribes and explains tests and prescriptions for me. And I can add - no long waits to be attended to!

Great front office staff, and excellent, thorough care by Dr. Peters. He explained everything, listened attentively, answered all questions, and seems very willing to partner with patients in their care plan.

The doctor and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. On the other hand, trying to make an appointment online or on their portal, or even getting a staff member to pick up the phone is a lost cause.

My referral to Dr. Peters was by Dr. Michael Osman. Dr. Peters office staff was pleasant and friendly and I may say the same for Dr. Peters. He was interested in my situation and clarified it for me. I felt confident in his thoughts and description of my issue and how I would go forward if tests proved necessary. I would gladly recommend his practice if I were asked. Sandra L. Horan
