All the previous negative reviews about this practice is correct. They do not pick up their phone calls even after multiple voicemails attempt, even for a simple prescription refill on b12 vitamins. It will take you weeks to finally get a hold of them for anything. They are also quick to drop you as a patient and there is zero empathy for elders (Alzheimer’s) patients. You would think the doctor being in this field would have more empathy. Please take your love to another practice that will care for them properly.

I’m a new patient. The front desk staff was friendly when reading me my new neurologist is great. He let my husband come in with me and he was patient with me and answered all my questions.

I am very disappointed in Dr Nguyen and his staff. We recently saw him and he increased my mom’s meds due to her Parkinsonian symptoms increasing.
I called and the receptionist said Dr. Wyn would call me after the afternoon and evening past and next morning Without any call back.
I reached out to the receptionist again and was told that the doctor would be in touch.
Late afternoon the receptionist called and said the doctor said to cut back the medication.
I said I’d like to speak to the doctor.
I was then informed that the doctor does not call patient or family due to insurance doesn’t cover it. So here I am now waiting for her to transmit the message to him so he can Have them call me to relay the next message.
I was given the choice to make an appointment though and bring my mom in again to deal with the issue.
It feels like they just don’t care.
Very poor medical ethics

IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone emergency or not. Got a message saying they were out on lunch from 1pm to 2pm called again after 2pm Nothing! Got a different recording after 2:30pm with selections to make a new appointment but again no ANSWER.. so I left a message. Tried my luck again and called I got a person to answer but quickly hung up on me, tried again but got voicemail again. We were referred by our doctor but might not bother going here after reading all the negative reviews and will talk to our physician about referring someone else with a competent team who are able to answer phone calls / better doctor with more reasonable reviews. Such a shame!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE!!! This "doctor" DOES NOT CARE IF YOU LIVE OR DIE! I called to get my LIFE SAVING med refilled, and after a few days was called back and told my refill was denied and I was discharged as a patient because my primary care doctor situation was messed up. The "doctor" is a COWARD and wouldn't talk to me. Maybe they'll speak with my family lawyers after I unfortunately pass away due to not having my medicine

If I could rate this place, zero stars I would. I was seen by Dr. Chi and his brother and I was referred to another doctor for treatment and they told me it was my responsibility to ensure that my documents were sent over to them. They once gave me an appointment, wrote it on a card and when I showed up they told me that was not my appointment day. Another time I went in for my appointment and they stopped me at the window, asked me a question and then said the doctor wanted me to reschedule then two weeks later I was told I had a no-show for that same appointment when in fact, I was in their office the receptionist are rude and snappy, they should not be working with patients. I have another appointment schedule they called me today to reschedule that appointment as well. I have medical documents that need to be filled out for work and he was refusing to fill them out for my job until he saw me however, each appointment that I was scheduled to see him they would cancel because he was mysteriously out of the office that day. They charge fees saying it’s going towards your deductible, when in fact, that’s not the case they are very incompetent. They have no bedside manners and they do not care about the patient. I feel sorry for the elderly and senior citizens that go to that clinic with no one to advocate for them. When I complained about my paperwork, I was told I was being released. From his care which really didn’t matter because I have another treating physician for my condition. If I were you, I would not go to this place. I would not waste my time scheduling an appointment with them because they’re gonna cancel it. They do not answer the phone. They do not return phone calls. The only time you will hear from them is when they want to switch your appointment for their convenience and not yours and when you don’t do what they want you to do, they will charge you a no-show fee. If I would have read the reviews before going I never, and I do mean never would have step foot in that office.

Best experience ever. I have had migraines every two years since 2000. I started seeing Dr Nuygen in 2016 and he is the first Dr that understood my migraines and even gave me a name for them Cluster Migraines. He continues to switch my meds to find the correct one. Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Nguyen was fine at treating my mother, but his staff are incompetent. I have been trying to get a refund for a cash pre-payment for a televisit (which we cancelled WELL in advance because my mom moved away) for two months. They don’t return phone calls and don’t give each other messages. Just the worst.
