NIT had our whole network set up while our contractors were finishing up work on our new space. It made for a smooth and flawless transition. We have not had our network show any signs of a slow down and we have about 5,000 sqft of office space. We then returned to them for a door access system and are loving those features as well. It's a small, family type of company so you can always reach someone when you need something.

Typically I do not write reviews but this company deserves 5 stars. NIT has gone above and beyond when it comes to customer service. The entire team from the owner Louis to the engineer, Dave have personally came into our office to introduce themselves. Monthly in person drop in's from Lu, our account manager really brings in that warm family owned business feel. If anyone is looking for a team to come into their small business and re-amp their technology this is the company you are looking for. I got the recommendation from my father who hired them over 15 years ago and I am so happy I used his recommendation, thanks Dad!

I called the folks at NIT yesterday while in the middle of a network crisis at our facility. A recurring issue with our provider had us at our wits end and I just needed someone to 1. talk me off a ledge 2. listen to what my problem and needs actually were 3. help me get up and running with a simple solution ASAP.

After talking through the issue and our limitations we were able to confirm my suspicions and come up with a solution that I was able to come pick up right away. When I ran into some technical issues on my end they were happy to help me troubleshoot over the phone.
