The 75 dollar review fee for changes made to building plans is now $200.00 regardless of how minor the change!
The permit cost is dependent upon the square footage of the plans. A 730 square foot room runs about 600 dollars! Navajo County has taken the inflation thing too far.

Obtaining a building permit can be difficult, unless you have blueprints. Although you can apply for one as owner/builder, they frown on your own plans. You might consider paying for professional drafted blueprints

Submitted my permit request in April I’ve given them everything requested within 24 hours . I’ve responded to every email they’ve sent within minutes and they don’t respond back . I’ve left multiple emails and messages with no response. It’s now JULY and still nothing !!
