Well, my laptop suddenly was like a turtle running a race 15-20 minutes and applications locking up. Placed a call scheduled the event and the next day I had a thorough tune up on my laptop.
F10 second loads and shutdowns or less and NO apps locking up.
A very complete and informative review along with a complete detailed report on what was done.

Mytek wants you to think you have a team of butlers at your beck and call but in reality most agents are doing 2-3 jobs simultaneously and have been instructed to deny this fact. Overextended agents ensure your ticket will receive the minimum attention from technicians who are distracted and burnt-out. Each time you call about your ticket, you will get a different person on the phone, don't bother asking for a direct extension--you can't have it, and getting to the tech you worked with originally is unnecessarily time-consuming and difficult. Leadership does not understand the technology they expect their engineers to understand, which presents an incredible disconnect at several levels in their organization.
