I used Jonathan for an exchange server from the Microsoft platform to a Google platform. It wasn't a simple changeover, as it required multiple changes during the transition process. Jonathan was excellent during the entire process which was supported by his ability to recognize my setup needs which were successfully implemented.
He also spent time explaining a lot of the basic features during the setup process. Overall, I highly recommend him. He has a very good personality and easy to talk to.

Jon is fantastic. Just this week, I called him in a panic for a resident of mine in the assisted living community where I work. He had just left town but was happy to come back within the hour (after another appointment) - he was beyond accommodating! My resident is thrilled and he was really a lifesaver for me, too, as I'm not exactly tech-savvy. Thanks again Jon!!!

My Personal Geek is my go to guy for computer issues. John strikes a balance between the expertise and cost of the big guys and your friend who means well but really doesn't know that much more than I do. When I can't figure something out its nice to know I have someone to figure things out that I can trust.
He's also professional, trustworthy and up front with his costs.
