Would absolutely give this place 0 stars if I had the option. Firstly, walked in and spotted a dead cockroach. That’s not a huge deal, but cleanliness should be. Diving into my taxes, was told I would receive an x amount for my refund. Two weeks passed and did not receive a dime. Decided to go into their office to speak to someone. The lady who helped me was very kind. I was told that due to a form I did not sign, my refund would not be deposited. I signed the form and left the office. It was not even five minutes later that I get a phone call from the lady who attended me stating that there is something is wrong with my taxes. Turns out, there was another form that they had to send out which they didn’t. At this point, they made new calculations and therefore I owe money, but was told I would still receive a federal refund. Two weeks passed and still, no federal refund. I call today and was told I will not be getting it any longer and that it was “up in the air.” In my 11 years of filing taxes, I have never dealt with such incompetence sorry to say. It is not about not receiving a refund at all actually. It’s the fact that I had to reach out TWICE to get answers. Why is that my job to do? At this point I wasted an entire month to one not receive a refund at all and two be told I actually owe the state money. A mistake that which I had not reached out about, I would not have known.

My office accounting seem to be the most caring accounting firm I've worked with. Johanya has a lot of the answers and if she doesn't, she will find the answers.
