My husband and I have lived at Mulberry Farms since December 2022. We wanted to be away from the heat and traffic of Phoenix. We love what little snow we get and enjoy the much cooler nights in the summer. The community is in a great location as it is not far from the Prescott area major shopping and it is not far from Phoenix if we need to go.

The amenities are great, the activities and clubs are fun, and the people you meet are friendly. Neighbors in the community are there to help when needed.

The staff is great and friendly and the owners care. We are happy that we chose Mulberry Farms as our home as we have watched the community grow. We love our model and living on the Great Street. Having a smaller home that has a garage is what we were looking for.

It has been a blessing to call Mulberry Farms our home for the past year and a half. We plan on being here for many years to come.

In early 2023 we made a choice to move to Prescott Valley. We knew we needed to rent first as we didn't want to leap into a home purchase After much research Mulberry Farms was front and center. This 55+ community provides everything you need in a home. We have made many friends and
we hope to have long lasting relationships. The owners make their presence known and show a great deal of interest and respect to their residents. We highly recommend Mulberry Farms to friends, family and anyone I pass on the street. Also, if your a pet owner the Spa is bonus. Best, M & C

Having recently relocated, my wife and I had the opportunity to choose a rental community for those over 55+. After careful consideration, we chose Mulberry Farms without hesitation. The quality construction, ideal location, and strong sense of community were key factors in our decision.

I would not recommend this community, while the homes are nicely designed, property management is dismal and inconsistent in their application of the community rules based on favoritism or who complains the most. If you are seeking an active 55+ this is not an "active" type community. There are also rumors they will be selling the rentals as homes in the near future. This will change the entire tone of the community.

Mulberry Farms is a wonderful community! We love it here. We have yet to join in the activities, but will do so in the near future. This community is quiet, friendly, tranquil and has amazing views of the mountains and the skies.

*UPDATE* - September 1, 2024 will be one year that my husband and I moved here to Mulberry Farms. We can't say enough good things about this community....including the beautiful landscaped community, activities for residents, friendly onsite staff, dog park, wonderful, friendly neighbors, and this is just a few of the many perks of living here. Of course, I can't express how much we love our little home. We could not be happier and are so thankful and blessed to live here, and thank our Lord for guiding us here to Mulberry. We look forward to many more years here.

My husband and I just moved into the absolutely beautiful community of Mulberry Farms a little over a week ago! We came from a large home in Prescott, where we lived for 10 years. We were tired of living big with all of the responsibilities of maintaining a large home and yard. We wanted to downsize our home and our life, and we couldn't have picked a more perfect place to do just that. We are amazed by how spacious our home is, and don't feel like we lost anything by downsizing. We actually have gained less stress, more happiness, peace and safety. We love our evening walks and relaxing on our front porch during the evenings, and watching all of the residents walking around and enjoying the Great Barn. We truly love our private back & side yards. So beautiful!

We can't put into words how happy we are to call Mulberry Farms our home. We love our house, our community, the grounds, and the Vince & Jim. They made the move in here, seamless for us.
