Mike was a new IT tech for me having been referred by my old IT tech. But I'm unusual in that I do photography and it's difficult to find any IT talent that knows the issues with photography. What particularly impressed me about Mike was his willingness to put in the time to do the research so that when he arrived at my place he was fully up-to-speed on the photography issues that were of concern to me. I'd had another tech suggest a solution to my problem that we never implemented due to Covid and lack of resources in the marketplace and here comes Mike with a completely different solution and the product in hand to implement and it worked!! This is a win/win for me for sure. Give him a call. I don't think you will be disappointed in either his talent or his willingness to put in the time to solve the problem.
