Best experience with windshield replacement EVER! Ethan W. (the technician) gave me plenty of notice about his ETA, showed up when expected, was super friendly, AND taught me a little about the windshield. He also informed me that a previous replacement company had cut the wires to my heated windshield (without any notice or ask for permission!! 😡) and showed me the parts. He even gave me a body shop recommendation for some other work my car needs.

The whole process with Mountain Mobile was smooth, everyone was friendly, and they gave me a gift card which was awesome. I’d definitely recommend!

I've dealt with them twice, I have no complaints. First time came out to the Jewelry store where I worked during business hours (before buying a house back east to move) and the second time they came to the house as a surprise horizontal crack put said trip east on hold. On short notice it was only a couple days to work us in, so that wasn't bad at all! It was annoying to delay, but that isn't on them. 600 miles down the I40 later and it's doing good. Give them a call if you've got a need.

They get two stars for many reasons. First we had to wait almost an hour past our appointment time because they decided to test out a protection coating on the managers vehicle, leaving myself and another customer waiting. Then the kid did the front and back window in record time, of 30 minutes. The tint in the front looks like garbage. The tech scratched up my paint around the back window, didn't bother to clean anything up either. The staff in the office wasn't very professional, the office smells like old cigarettes and honestly we will never go back there. So much for trying to support local. I'd suggest finding another local shop to help anyone out. First time and very last time I'll use them and I will not recommend anyone else there. Bad service and not friendly people like the reviews state.
