I called the Palm Desert Office for some info. and this is the second time I have come to this office for advice. I was handed over by phone from your receptionists to the Manager. And I have never been treated more RUDELY just because I didn't have the proper information at my fingertips. This Manager treated me like I was a dummy. And my prior visit to the office I was put down because I didn't have the money that other people have. So with that said. You will only get treated good if you have money at this office. I am very hurt and disappointed.
