My PC crashed the day before New Years Eve! I needed help right away. I knew Doug from another job & took a change that he might be available. I left a message for help & within an hour, he returned my call & would fit me in that afternoon. Doug & Dustin are a great team & I am very pleased with their work. Their rates are competitive but more importantly, their responsiveness to my problem was great. Customer service is 110%. I appreciated their hard work!

Manny & Dustin are amazing. Will offer suggestions that you can try prior to them coming to your house. I am not a super hardware person but knew to try unplugging but it didn’t help. I wanted one of them to come to the house. Manny said call AT& T & have them reset the modem if that doesn’t work, come back. It worked. Much thanks for the free advice.

This review is long overdue. Yesterday I dropped off a few old hard drives to be scrubbed and disposed of at Moranda Minds. Paul was wonderfully helpful and the price so reasonable! It reminded me that they built my new PC almost a year ago and I have been meaning to review my excellent experience with that process. Can not say enough good things about Manny! He helped me figure out what I needed, transferred my data, and even came to my home to hook it up and attach my printer. Since I went from Windows XP to Windows 10, I was a little lost. Through their remote support, Manny helped me navigate through it all. He helped me with my iTunes library and basically gave me a tutorial on the new operating system. But best of all, he did all this while explaining things clearly and not making me feel like an obsolete senior citizen. I wrote my first Yelp review about Moranda Minds 5 years ago when Dustin came to my home to fix my old computer. I said then that he was a rare find-a very personable and kind computer geek. Well, somehow Dustin was able to find employees with the same qualities. Manny even remembered me yesterday when I saw him again. What a wonderful work crew you have, Dustin - and your prices are so reasonable! And on top of all that, you keep me educated and informed with your monthly newsletter. I love seeing your gorgeous baby every month in the DottieGram. Dustin, you have grown your business and your family beautifully! Thank you for providing me peace of mind knowing that you and your crew are always there with answers and the very best customer service!

Dustin and Doug saved me from what seemed a dreadful fate! My computer would simply not connect to a webcam I needed to film training videos. They worked tirelessly to solve the problem and reconfigure the operating systems on the computer to "talk" with the webcam. The videos are now in full production thanks to Doug and Dustin's great service.

Joe at Moranda Minds Computer Services is the king! I recently bought on eBay turned out to be a bit flakey, especially when switching between the AUX, PHONO, TUNER channels, and when changing the SOURCE switch position and one of the speakers flickered on and off sometimes too. Drove me crazy. Took it to Joe and he did a fantastic job replacing old capacitors and cleaning up the whole amp inside for better connections between all parts. Totally great job and amp sounds so much better. Yes - I recommend this place!
