I needed my NVME hard drive replaced on my Dell laptop and I found Moore Power IT online through a local Google search. I had already purchased the NVME hard drive myself. I run my business through my laptop and can not have much downtime. Ken came by my business and picked up the laptop and hard drive Friday after business and returned the laptop Monday morning (which was Memorial Day). I met Ken while he was on another business call at a local restaurant. I talked to him about my laptop being slow and he said it might be a hard drive. I contacted him a few months later and he confirmed the issue was the hard drive and recommended an upgrade from a mechanical to a solid state hard drive.
