Extremely hit or miss. More miss than hit. IF anyone's there you MIGHT get good assistance and sometimes you might not. Not always open during their "operation hours" good luck getting anywhere with these people.

"POOR, POOR, POOR, CUSTOMER SERVICES & TOXIC CUSTOMER SERVICES”
I was refed by my mother-in-law to this agency for vehicle insurance and the first time I call in to get an estimate the gentleman was very nice (I can't recall his name). He very helped full and pleasant he gave me an estimate for car insurance. At the time I didn’t have my second car information so I had to call him back.
I call back spoke with Ismael and ask him if he could help me? Very rude he said yes and stayed silent….
I already knew he was not going to help me so I ask him if he could check his computer system and look me up by my name and see if I could talk to the first gentleman. Ismael couldn’t find me. I ask him what he needs from me to get an estimate? He asks me for my driver's license. I respond to him "I only need an estimate" Ismael answers very snappishly “I NEED YOUR DL TO GIVE YOU AN ESTIMATE” I felt his toxic vibe and I told him I was going to call later and talk to some else. Ismael interrupted me and said OKAY AND HUGN UP…
I encourage everybody to STAY away from Monarch Insurance and look for better insurance options. I’m not a client and this is how they treat new clients. “NOT A GOOD SIGN”
