Eli from Mold Busters had a prompt response for the initial air testing, was patient and thorough in explaining the situation and answering questions. We had to reschedule the initial fog treatment after a sick day and them having no backup tech to call off the bench. But such is life, we adjusted. There was an extra small section we were concerned about that they treated at no additional charge. We very grateful for that, and earns that 5th star back after the reschedule!

Just needed a routine mold inspection and air quality check. The inspection was done quickly and professionally. Had the air quality results right on time a few business days later (the samples are outsourced to a lab) and they were easy to understand. Will work with again, for sure.
