Sorry things couldn't work out, but failure is not at my end it is with the company. They don't know what's true or not, not a very good place to work or to be around when murdocks prices are cheaper than there's inside the store. Good luck to them when they don't care about people.

I went in to buy a SINGLE nut and bolt. The sales associate took time to get me the proper nut and bolt combination. It was a total of 36 CENTS purchase. This is the type of customer service that is rare to find these days.

My boyfriend and I don't shop here very often so he went in to see if he could get cash instead from a check he won at a company party that was made out to the store. You know, a simple yes or no kind of thing. The manager proceeded to get very offended, bombarded him with questions, asked why "he didn't want to shop at their FABULOUS store" and treated him like a criminal. By the end of her questioning, she finally said "well no, we can't do that". I can't say we're going to go back or recommend this place for anyone any time soon.

MJK ACE Hardware is a very handy store. It provides so many optional parts and supplies for the small town residents as well as those with properties out of town. MJK helped me with my roof, storm doors, paint, dtc. They also carry cute souvenirs and old-fashioned candies.

I called them on a Sunday looking for a last-minute item. The saleswoman went out of her way to locate what I was looking for. She put it to the side until I was able to get there. This is the customer service that I am accustomed to by living in a small town also. Not to mention even though I was being helped an additional gentleman wanted to know if we need more assistance.

Love the store and great, supplies they have. And fun stuff too. Cheaper prices than Murdoch. The one in Craig have the best costumer service, best people ever. Friendly, knowledgeable, out of there way service, always greetings you, and right there asking if you need help
