Printing here was a wonderful experience from start to finish!
The print quality and paper quality is excellent. I had some greeting cards made and they look perfect. Everyone was also very helpful and friendly, and Andrew, the graphic designer, was even able to reorient my file so that it printed centered (my own previous attempts at this had failed...). The turnaround was incredible too, my job was finished the next day!

I came to them in May with a request to turn my grandfather’s family tree research into a book and they not only were willing, they provided exceptional service and timely turnaround that will bless our family for generations to come. I have been a pretty loyal customer of Minuteman Press DTC for various professional printing needs, relying on their printing services for events, collateral, and marketing materials. However, my recent experience with them for our wedding printing was nothing short of unfortunate and unprofessional.

From the outset, it was evident that they had little interest in our job. Despite visiting their office in person, the initial communication was lackluster, and I found myself having to follow up through multiple emails just to keep the process moving. It was frustrating to realize that they seemed unaware of the details of my printing job, despite our face-to-face interaction at their office. They did one of our jobs, then I moved on, as they simply did not care.

The lack of attention and communication from Minuteman Press DTC made the entire experience disheartening. It felt as though they were indifferent, and this lack of concern was evident in their delayed responses and apparent disorganization.

In contrast, our experience with their affiliate in Scottsdale, AZ was significantly better. The team there was attentive, responsive, and managed to complete our job within two days, without even requiring a rush order. This stark difference in service only emphasized the shortcomings of Minuteman Press DTC.

I can't help but conclude that the owner of the DTC location may not be prioritizing customer relationships.

I will no longer rely on Minuteman Press DTC for any future professional or personal printing needs. It's crucial for businesses to maintain strong relationships with their customers, and unfortunately, Minuteman Press DTC fell short in this regard. I hope they take steps to address these issues and improve their customer service in the future.
