I lived at Jasmine Hills for 4 years. Maintenance is the best. The office opens at 8am, Monday-Friday, and (even if you call the after-hours number) maintenance will be knocking on your door exactly at, or close to 8:15 a.m the following day. Mrs. Wanda is the GOAT. I seriously adore her still. I have a lot of health issues and she is SO understanding and caring <3. She always worked with me and (my sister [who lived right next to me)] without question or prompting. I did not encounter anyone that worked for the company, in four full years, that wasn’t friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Besides the neighbors on the bottom that tested my patience every single day, until the main set FINALLY got kicked out (I seriously celebrated them leaving) & the other lady complained about noise when I wasn’t even home and I was literally the quietest and most courteous neighbor ever. They have zero reflection on the management or company though. I loved my apartment, and my living area. Very fitting for a single-small family and affordable <3

Small apartment. Claims income based rates but, if you have any income, at all, they want $530 a month. Management unresponsive to maintenance request and tenent complaints. Reported problems vai email, telephone, written service requests and in person. Absolutely nothing was done in the year I was there. Pest guy spends less than 2 minutes in your unit. Made several complaints about roaches and mice that went unanswered. Parking lot teaming with trash. Lady upstairs runs a brothel. Neighbors constantly screaming at each other all hours of the night. Alcoholics and meth heads abound. Not a safe place for children.
