These guys are beyond awesome. Our restaurant computer with all of our menus, inventory lists, multiple spreadsheets, etc, died unexpectedly over the weekend and we didn’t have our information backed up. Apple wouldn’t do the repair because the computer was more than 7 years old. We thought it was the battery, but ended up being a broken motherboard. Paige, who is so amazing, worked with us immediately because she knew it was urgent, and managed to pull off all of our information from our hard drive and downloaded it onto a new computer we bought while they worked on analyzing everything. Our new computer was too new for all of our existing programs, so Paige helped us get all updated programs so we could save all of our work. Her boss also helped with some of the new programs. What could have turned into a several day issue, was turned around the very same day. They helped us immeasurably and we will recommend them to everyone and are so grateful to Paige and her boss. They are literally the best!

My iphone was seemingly frozen and after too long with apple support and going through all their steps I was worried I'd have to buy a new phone. Stopped in this morning because my iPhone wouldn't charge. I was fully expecting to be buying a new charging port and/or battery. But Paige cleaned it out to start with and brought it back to life with just that. And she did this for free!! Excellent service, and the kindness is appreciated!!

Great customer service here Jon is awesome. Needing my cellphone repaired something wrong with the motherboard. Even though he doesn't do micro soldering on a cellphone chip level he told me upfront what he can and can't do. Didn't waste any of my time and answers all my questions in a very timely manner. They did an excellent job on a screen replacement for my S22. You can tell from the collection of vintage Apple PCs in the lobby that these are the right kinds of nerds for all sorts of repairs, and they do have a selection of things like laptop power cords and hard drives etc.
