Michael was everything a first-time homebuyer could hope for. He was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable — especially when it came to the PHFA program, which can be overwhelming to navigate on your own. Michael was amazing!! We had an incredible experience. Michael kept us in the loop every step of the way. Michael was very informative, and would always quickly reply to our text and call! Never did I think I would use "lender" and "advocate" in the same sentence! Michael was responsive, patient, VERY informative, and really looked out for us through the whole process.
