Absolutely unprofessional and scammy. I do not recommend working with them at all. I hired them as a title company to simply do their job and furnish deeds appropriate to the legal paperwork demonstrated. He cut corners and filed paperwork improperly. Now, when we are trying to sell our house and his error is revealed, instead of trying to remedy it in any way, he is acting as if he was ignorant to the paperwork he filed for us. They are vindictive because we chose to work with a different title company for the home sale in order to save the buyers money; now he refuses to right any previous errors.

When I emailed and called him, he made excuses and hung up on me.

Prideful, and ridiculous.
