My boyfriend (Robert) is in need of health insurance and needs medical treatment.. We were searching online, this place somehow got my Robert's phone number and called him offering health insurance and convinced him to pay $134 to start and would refer him to a doctor. Robert informed the guy he is in alot of pain and needs a primary doctor. Robert called the doctor's office to make an appointment. He checks-in for his appointment, shows the card sent to him by Medafford to reception, the office informs him he can't be seen. The card does not cover doctor visits, it's for prescriptions only.
Robert called Medafford to get his money back, they keep giving him the run around, telling him he will need it in the future.
Robert needs that money to continue to search for a primary doctor. Medafford took advantage of Robert, he's desperate to find a doctor.
I will continue to leave bad reviews and report you to the BBB until you give Robert his money back!!!

My wife needs a medication that is over $300 a month. She has been ordering her medication from MedAfford Global for several years now. She only pays $200 for 100 days worth. Medication comes from India but comes within a few weeks. Customer service is also great. Easy to order. Great way to get her meds at a reduced rate.

No return calls, no meds, no idea if my order is in process other than they have my money!

Very poor follow up customer service
Attempted to call customer service several times and had lo luck getting through so left messages with no return call. They are very friendly and somewhat helpful when I do talk to someone!
They are quick to charge me for my order but I have no idea where it is!

I have been trying to communicate with someone for FOUR DAYS STRAIGHT, just this week. That doesn't count the times I've called since April 17th trying to get my script filled. No one ever answers phone calls, or chats or emails. After constant dialing for over an hour, the line suddenly went dead and I call back to find out customer service closes at 2 pm on Friday. I need my prescriptions!

I have saved much money on this expensive prescription. Much easier than going to the local pharmacy. log on , register, get the fax # to fax the prescription and your medicine will arrive in about 45 days. Easy. I recommend this service to everybody. no shipping fees.

Medafford Global has unbelievable prices for brand drugs. My mom was spending almost $500 for Januvia for a 30 day supply. With Medafford Global, it now costs $170 for an 84 day supply. Same drug. This is incredible.  Lastly, the ease of ordering on their website makes it convenient and the professional and knowledgeable treatment from their customer service really hit it out of the park. I would definitely recommend Medafford Global.
