Horrible communicators! In the course of my experience with MWA, I have literally reached out to vendors and received updates that I should have received from the MWA, with no efforts on my part. I had another instance that they let me know they needed my approval at the very last minute, even though they knew a decision was needed before it became an urgent matter, I did not have time to properly consider the decision, because they made it a fire drill! Last week, a critical event should have happened, but no confirmation or communication was sent to let clients know if it did or did not take place. Then, when I try to reach out for the update (that should have been sent out without prompting) we are told that the person will respond to messages on Wednesday? There would be fewer messages to respond to, if you communicated updates to your clients, without them having to reach out!
Do not expect them to be proactive communicators, do not expect them to keep you informed, or allow proper time for you to make decisions, but you will experience times that you want answers and they aren't available for days!

Communication is not the best. It's been over 2 months since I last herd from them. They collected all my information requested bank statements, required me to sign legal documents for them and i have not herd from them since I've emailed them and have yet to receive a reply.

You can not trust them!!! They are a whole bunch of liars and they call themselves lawyers. I was in this class action lawsuit and the lawyer named Karla kept harassing me for information lol bank statements and all this stuff she needed me to sign. I did all of that she asked and emailed what she wanted. To find out SHES A SCAM she emailed me back with different asking and changed up what she needed because once I gave her what she wants she then denied me for the lawsuit. Honestly don’t trust these people their SCAMS and fakes

I suffered a near death experience due to a medical malpractice/product liability issue, and consider myself very fortunate to have been represented by Michelle Vercoski and Richard McCune, of McCune – Wright – Arrevelo, LLP. From the initial consultation on, they and their team were genuinely interested in my situation, personal health and wellbeing, and were compassionate and highly professional in every aspect.
