My desktop got hit by a self inflicted power surge on a Sunday night, and Mark got my machine back up and running next day. He clearly described what components within the machine could be impacted by such a surge and called me before day's end that I was good to go. It's nice knowing we have such a knowledgeable resource for IT issues in Keene. Mark's pricing is more than fair for this level of service. There's no need to look elsewhere for computer support.

I was having a big issue with my laptop and called up for help and was incredibly impressed! The person I talked to told me the truth— that they could help but that since my computer is under warranty that it’ll be better for me to go to the seller and get it fixed or get a new one there even though that means they didn’t get me as a sale! Highly recommend!!! They really just want to help, even if that means they don’t make money off of you.
